——Over 60 Domestic Patents Accumulated; Overseas Patent Filing Progressing Steadily
Recently, the invention patent “METHOD FOR IMPROVING AIR STABILITY OF SULFIDE SOLID ELECTROLYTE”,filed by Guyan via the PCT route, was officially granted in South Korea (Registration No.: 10-3011712; Application No.: 10-2025-7026825). Filed on August 11, 2025, the patent was registered by the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) on August 26,2026, with only one year elapsed from filing to grant.

Sulfide solid-state electrolytes are widely recognized across the industry as one of the most promising technical routes for all-solid-state batteries due to their exceptional performance. However, their high sensitivity to air and moisture has long constrained large-scale production and commercial application. The granted patent puts forward a targeted method to enhance the air stability of sulfide solid-state electrolytes, effectively improving the material’s environmental tolerance and providing critical technical support for the industrial scaling of sulfide solid-state electrolytes.

Guyan has long prioritized intellectual property protection, with over 60 domestic patents accumulated covering core technical fields including sulfide solid-state electrolytes and halide solid-state electrolytes. While deepening its domestic patent portfolio, Guyan has actively pursued overseas patent protection through the PCT system in countries such as Japan and South Korea. This South Korean patent grant stands as one of the early milestones of the company’s overseas patent deployment, marking the initial establishment of its “Domestic + Overseas” dual-track patent strategy.
This patent authorization not only demonstrates Guyan’s technological strength in the sulfide solid-state electrolyte sector, but also provides a solid IP foundation for the company’s overseas market expansion and international customer cooperation. Going forward, Guyan will continue to advance its “Domestic + Overseas” dual-track patent strategy, underpinning the development of the all-solid-state battery industry with high-quality intellectual property assets.
